When mindfulness is practiced at all times,
it become a habitual of the mind,
none of the five notorious thieves of afflictions
can enter into the mind,
Eventhough we mingle with the thieves of the five desires
that bring affliction, they are powerless and cannot harm us.
However when mindfulness is lax the six outflows, ignorance,
delusion ensue all its way, deep rooted into the mind
